SETS International is seeking qualified individuals with a proven track record in leading and managing the delivery of large-scale building and infrastructure projects in the GCC region, with special focus on construction supervision projects. The candidate is expected to oversee and grow the company’s PMCM business line in KSA and will be based in Riyadh. The Program Management department at SETS international provides value-added consulting services to its clients in the capacity of Project/Program Managers, Construction Managers, outsourced Project/Program Management Office, and Project Advisory. The department’s core scope of services includes construction management, technical management, schedule management, risk management, procurement management, contracts and claims management, quality management, health / safety management, and value engineering.
• Play a lead role in business development efforts for the PMCM business line including preparation or proposals, establishing contacts with potential clients and identification of potential opportunities
• Oversee the company’s existing PMCM projects in KSA
• Develop and enhance PMCM procedures and systems
• Ensure consistent implementation of the company’s PMCM procedures across all projects
• Manage resource allocation of PMCM staff across multiple projects
• Support the recruitment process of PMCM staff in close coordination with other departments within SETS
• Provide ongoing reporting on the performance of PMCM projects to company management
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Minimum of 20 years of experience, preferably with international consultants, in the area of project management, construction management / construction supervision
• At least 10 years of experience in the GCC, with at least 5 years of experience in KSA
• Served as PM on at least one large-scale construction project
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Project management certification is preferred
