Create and update BIM Models throughout projects life cycle and ensure that they align with the standards and goals set by the BIM Manager
• Create and maintain BIM models in Civil 3D and generate drawings from the model
• Ensure that the model contains the required information according to BIM Execution Plan for specific design disciplines
• Develop linear element models: Road Surface, Grading Surface, Bridges, Tunnels
• Develop subassemblies using subassembly composer
• Collaborate and Coordinate with other disciplines
• Follow BIM standards based on project BIM documents
• Identify major challenging areas and discuss possible "Smart" solutions
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferably Civil or Structure
• Master’s Degree is a plus
• 3 to 5 years of experience (2 to 4 years of experience in Civil 3D)
• Highly proficient in Civil 3D modeling
• Navisworks knowledge is a plus
• Revit and Dynamo knowledge is a plus
• Bentley Open Bridge knowledge is a plus
• Knowledgeable in the BIM field (design and construction applications)
• Strong written and verbal English and Arabic communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented professional with eagerness to self-development
• Considerable research skills
