The Landscape Architect performs a variety of landscape tasks in accordance with agreed budget and schedule with minimal supervision. The jobholder supports senior team members with the management of client relations and provides recommendations through the various stages of the projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture or in a related field is a plus
• 5-10 years of experience in Landscaping
• Design and oversee the creation, regeneration and development of external land areas such as gardens and recreational areas, as well as residential, industrial and commercial sites
• Combine artistic skills with knowledge of human activity and the natural environment
• Create plans, designs and drawings using computer-aided design programs (BIM is an added value)
• Involvement in matters related to Environmental conservation projects
• Discuss requirements with clients
• Write reports
• Present proposals to clients for approval and / or coordination
• Liaise with other professionals such as architects, surveyors, town planners and civil engineers.
• Capability of producing estimated costs is a plus
