Business Development Manager- KSA
Overview

The candidate is required to grow the business of SETS Group in Saudi Arabia. He will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and business trends as well as developing the relationship with existing and new clients and partners. The Business Development (BD) Manager shall be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to convert business leads into actual projects.

What you will do
  • Develop the BD plan for Saudi Arabia in alignment with SETS Group strategic objectives and priorities
  • Identify and develop relations with potential clients and partners
  • Maintain a network of relationships with existing clients and partners
  • Identify new customer segments / business lines
  • Deliver compelling calls and presentations to introduce SETS capabilities and value proposition
  • Research and analyze key economic factors that may influence the market activity within KSA
  • Support the Global BD Manager during establishment of strategic partnerships, due diligence exercises, and other business ventures inside Saudi Arabia
  • Support the tendering process, when needed, by identifying partners or market intelligence
  • Prepare regular BD reports to support decision making and way forward
  • Identify and represent SETS at leading industry events
  • The Job holder will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Skills and Competencies
  • Master’s Degree preferably in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • 6+ years of business development experience, preferably in the Engineering industry.
  • Previous experience in GCC, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong research, data analysis, and presentation skills.
  • Confidence, strong interpersonal communication skills, and capacity to interface with high-level individuals in the public and private sectors.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a desire to simultaneously handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to identify and proactively seek new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English
