Senior HR Officer-Talent Management - KSA-Riyadh
Overview

The Senior Human Resources Officer- Talent Management is a senior member of the KSA Human Resources team. He tracks the delivery of high quality Human Resources services across KSA Geographies and coordinates closely with the Human Resources Unit in the Headquarter. The jobholder plays a leading role in the people processes which include recruitment, training & development and employee performance management.

What you will do
  • Perform talent acquisition activities for vacant positions by posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conducting telephone interviews, preparing offer letters, and processing background checks.  
  • Liaise with the Directors/Department Heads to understand the requirements of each open position, ensure timely response to recruitment needs and compliance with Nitaqat category.
  • Lead the development and implementation of manpower planning and career path development.
  • Provide assistance in the development and review of job descriptions.
  • Negotiate best rates and terms of business with local recruitment agencies for management approval.
  • Organize recruitment events and summer internship programs.
  • Manage the offboarding process for employees exiting the business.
  • Provide assistance in the interpretation of HR Policies and the local labor law to employees at all levels of the organization to ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently and equitably in SETS-KSA. 
  • Assist in the development and update of HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensuring policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance with KSA labor law.
  • Administer the performance appraisal process in SETS-KSA in accordance with policies, guidelines and forms.
  • Ensure proper orientation of all new hires and coordinate with the relevant parties for induction training.
  • Monitor the implementation of training policies, administering training needs analysis and assessment and preparation of annual training plan.
  • Coordinate with training providers regarding training courses and programs.
  • Closely work with the Human Resources Manager for the design and delivery of compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Arrange work stations and offices for new joiners and internal transfers, as needed.
  • Develop Human Resources statistics and reports as requested.
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR duties and other project work as required.
Skills and Competencies
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Professional certification in Human Resources is preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite      
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor law

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic
