Overview

The Change Management Officer will support the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans that maximize employees adoption and usage and minimize resistance to strategic realignment and organizational governance changes ultimately increasing benefit realization, value creation, and the achievement of results and outcomes.

What you will do
  • Support change management at the organizational level.
  • Apply a structured methodology and support change management activities, processes, and tools to support strategic alignment and adoption of governance and organizational changes.
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
  • Assess the change impact by conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders.
  • Manage Stakeholders.
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
  • Support training efforts by providing input, documenting requirements and supporting the design and delivery of training programs.
Skills and Competencies
  • CCMP certification desirable
  • 5 to 7 years experience
