We are pleased to share highlights from the official launch of the Abyat Hills Project and The Modern Urban Cluster in Damascus, developed by our valued client, Abyat Real Estate Investment.
SETS is proud to have led the master planning and multidisciplinary engineering studies for these significant developments. The project comprises a 600-hectare urban cluster and the 379,000 m² Abyat Hills development.
The master plan integrates residential communities, educational facilities, recreational destinations, green open spaces, and supporting infrastructure, including a sports stadium and university campus. The development is designed to promote connectivity, livability, and long-term environmental and economic sustainability.
Beyond its physical scale, the project is expected to contribute to the revitalization of Syria's real estate sector, attract investment, create employment opportunities, and support the development of vibrant communities.
