SETS was engaged to support the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center (SEEC) in the technical review and verification of energy efficiency projects implemented across the Kingdom under Super ESCO Tarshid. The program aims to ensure the accuracy, effectiveness, and compliance of energy-saving initiatives throughout their lifecycle.
Over a two-year period, SETS provided independent technical assessments covering Detailed Facility Studies (DFS), post-implementation reviews, and annual Measurement and Verification (M&V) reports for projects across major cities in Saudi Arabia. Services included report reviews, site inspections, field measurements, performance verification, and the preparation of technical assessment reports.
In addition, SETS established a centralized database for audited projects and contributed to the enhancement of local Measurement and Verification (M&V) guidelines, supporting the continuous improvement of energy efficiency practices and standards across the Kingdom.
