Located on a 50,800 m² site in Riyadh, this prestigious private residential compound is centered around an 8,000 m² Main Villa designed as the primary residence for Sheikh Majid Al Ibrahim’s family. The development combines contemporary architecture with expansive landscaped grounds and supporting facilities, creating an exclusive and distinguished living environment. SETS was engaged as a sub-consultant to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering design services across all project phases. The scope includes the design and coordination of the main villa, associated buildings, and site infrastructure, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality residential development that reflects the project’s vision of luxury, functionality, and architectural excellence. SETS’ Electromechanical and Energy team was responsible for the design of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, as well as dry utility networks serving the development.
