The project included a residential compound comprising 48 villas laid out on  48 parcels distributed on three plots in Riyadh. The design of villas was based on six prototype layout conceived to suite the variable conditions of each  parcel.
Scope:
The scope included the Architectural and the full engineering design services, from the concept design stage of the project up to the tender document.
