Al Shurooq – Phase 2 project, part of the King Abdullah Economic City, will accommodate a residential community containing a mix of public-subsidized housing through Ministry of Housing (3+ bedroom units), commercial units (1 & 2-bedroom units) and community facilities for all. It covers an area of approximately 143,025m2 and is directly adjacent to the existing Phase 1 of Al Shurooq development.
SETS MEP scope of services mainly consists of preparing the designs and tender documents (drawings, BOQ report and specification) for the electrical infrastructure systems: Medium Voltage network including load estimation, Low voltage network, street lighting network and telecommunications networks. SETS will conduct a value engineering exercise based on which design solutions and alternative materials will be proposed to achieve cost-effective and aesthetic solutions.
