SETS and Talaat-Imam Consulting Engineers JV are serving as the Program Management Consultant for Phase 2 of the Sustainable Rural Sanitation Services Program (SRSSP) in the governorates of Monofia, Gharbia and Damietta. The program will provide sanitation services to over 120,000 households in 46 villages. The PMC’s role includes:
• Overall Program Management and Coordination Support to Project Management Unit of the Ministry of Housing
• Construction and Investment Planning
• Development of Cost Estimates
• Support Procurement Process
• Contract Administration, Construction and Quality Monitoring
