Baghdad Sustainable Forest City is a 1,250-hectare sustainable urban development located in the Musakkar district, southeast of Baghdad. The project forms part of a larger city expansion and is envisioned as a model for integrated sustainable living. The masterplan brings together commercial, retail, workplace, leisure, entertainment, and cultural districts within a nature-led urban environment. Through forest zones, sustainable communities, and family-oriented destinations, the project aims to transform former arid land into vibrant, connected neighborhoods. SETS is providing comprehensive consultancy services across transport, utilities, sustainability, and hydrology engineering, supporting the project through key planning stages and helping translate its ambitious sustainable vision into a resilient urban framework.
