The New Sadat Industrial Park is a landmark industrial development spanning 1,000,000 m² in Sadat City, Egypt. Developed under the regulations of the Industrial Development Authority (IDA), the project aims to attract foreign investment, strengthen local manufacturing capabilities, and support sustainable economic growth. SETS provided comprehensive planning and design services for the development, delivering a master plan that integrates modern industrial infrastructure with sustainable development principles. The project incorporates extensive green spaces and renewable energy solutions, creating an efficient, environmentally responsible, and future-ready industrial destination.
